While I am the expert who can address your real estate needs, I strongly believe that a good real estate relationship is more than just providing good advice. Let’s see if I can explain it…
I love the look on your face, and the sound in your voice, when it first dawns on you that you’ve achieved your real estate dream. Whether you’re trying to sell, or looking to buy, knowing that we walked that journey together is such an amazing feeling. I’m not one of those people who just works to a checklist. I prefer to really listen to you, so that we can mould a plan together. This means that every journey is unique, something new to learn from and enjoy.
I’ve been told that I have a cheeky smile, and I do enjoy a good laugh, however I promise to only laugh a little if you ask a silly question. Real estate agents should be professional, polite, pragmatic, and polished, and I figure, well, 3 out of 4 isn’t bad. I can assure you that I will be proactive. After all, I am looking forward to seeing that look of delight when we’re heading down the final stretch.

On what I feel is a more interesting note, I love a good whiskey and have been bitten by the travel bug. My favourite experiences have been hiking the Overland Track in Tasmania and the Kokoda Trail. I also have a real passion for the local culture and people of Japan (I swear, it’s not just for the Japanese Whiskey). All this travel gives me a good excuse to participate in my photography and eating vlogs hobbies. Basically, what this means is that I can walk, eat, and talk all day, so you can be sure that I won’t tire of finding the right solution for you.
At the end of the day I am here, not just to help you buy or sell property, but to help ensure that you enjoy your real estate journey. I know it can be a difficult, and a time-consuming period of your life. I’m here to help you navigate your way with a smile.
Alinta Ward - Sales Associate
If there is one thing I love more than anything else in this world, it would have to be chocolate. The satisfaction of that melt in your mouth deliciousness is truly something I can’t pass up. Second to a good chocolate, is my passion for real estate.
As a second-generation real estate agent, it was perhaps inevitable that I started my real estate career at the age of 17. I followed the lead of a passion I grew up with, and now I get to experience that for myself.
My strengths are in marketing, business systems and the learning and development sector within in the real estate industry. While Zac fills the room with his energy, I balance it out with a tendency towards introspection. I think this makes us a really good team. The support we provide to our clients is really second only to the support that we give each other.
Matching the right house with the right buyer is then like connecting two stories together. While I can only imagine how the story progresses, I am kind of envious that it’s always the client who gets to carry on and live it out.
When it comes to my world, I love the quiet sounds of the country, the feeling of open space, and the ability to live life to its fullest. What I’m really here for though, is to truly understand what you love. As far as I’m concerned, being able to understand your story, is what real estate is all about.
Kim McHardy - Sales Associate
With me you get the best of both worlds. I am totally old school but have great energy and passion for real estate. I am a grandfather to the greatest blessings in the world, a proud father of 3, and a child of adventure.
Like Zac and Alinta, I love photography. I have even been known to enter a few competitions. While I was introduced to the world of travelling at a later age, I’ve now been thrilled to travel on many once in a lifetime adventures.
Although I have been in real estate for 17 years, and a top performer in this profession, I do have a confession to make. I semi-retired recently. However, I soon realised that I still wanted to keep my hands busy in the real estate industry. That’s why I joined my son to help out with all the important jobs like building and pest inspection, photographs, data basing, and taking names at the open homes.
Speaking of working with Zac, it’s definitely an interesting twist on our dynamic now. When Zac was 8 years old, I was his soccer coach. As an adult, I continued to advise him when we opened a real estate office together. Now the tables have turned, and Zac is taking his turn at advising me!
